WARRANTY

All items are covered with a 12 month Warranty from date of purchase, unless stipulated otherwise in the product information, or in the Terms and Conditions mentioned below.
 
Return of Faulty Goods:
If you find a manufacturing fault with the device then contact us on +9714-2560029 or alternatively, you can also Email us on support@gadgetby.com quoting your Order Reference and we shall be pleased to assist you.
 
If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) after receiving delivery we will arrange for a replacement ASAP. Replacements will only be given once the defective product has been checked by us/ Our Distributors. Replacements will depend on availibility of the product and Replacement time shall vary for different products. Customers are entitled for FULL REFUND AT OUR CURRENT SELLING PRICE in case the Product is no longer available.
 
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS at the sole descretion of gadgetby.com
 
For other defects we shall take appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem.
 
Repairs:
In most of the cases it will take 2-3 Working Days but no more than 14 working days to get a product repaired based on the type of issue and information provided. In Case some Spare Parts are not available locally, The Customer shall be informed about the time required for Repairs which may be longer than 14 working days. Please note that Warranty is covered only on electronic equipment and not covered on accessories such as battery, earphones, CD's, Games, cables & other accessories. Warranty does not cover malfunction of the Phone due to Third Party Applications. Non-performance of Third Party Applications shall not mean defect with the Device and hence will not be covered under warranty. Software related issues are also not covered under Warranty, however we will try and assist in few cases.
 
The Warranty is void if the item is dropped or mishandled and there has been external damage to the product. There is no warranty on broken screen, broken parts or water damage as this is external damage and out of warranty coverage.
 
Kindly Ensure you have backed up all your data from the unit prior to sending it to us for Repairs. Also Ensure all accessories and cables are included in the box when you return the item for a warranty claim.
 
Gadgetby.com will not be responsible for any loss of personal data stored on the devices. Customers are expected to backup all data stored on their devices, prior to sending the unit to Gadgetby.com.
