Kindly Ensure you have backed up all your data from the unit prior to sending it to us for Repairs and we are not responsible for any kind of Data loss.
Customers will be charged for any additional packaging that the Product may require in case of non-availability of original Packaging.
The Customers will bear the transportation charges in case no defect is found in the Product.
Note: Customers are required to drop off the Products for Repair/ Warranty Claim at our location.
